What i nead to learn?

just want to know what i nead to learn to make a server.as in scripting coding programming etc...if some1 knows a website on how to learn this kind of stuff then please leave a url here

easy go to Mir - Help section, download the latest files for offline use, extract them to c:/mirserver go in and go to the folder that says run the server from here run them all in order starting from 1, be sure to make sure all ips r 127.0.0.1 then boom ur away.

you also need 1.9 client from www.senture-mir.com/mirfiles/mir2
then get all patches from www.liandrin.com follow his guides..piss.
