if you are using photoshop use the replace colour function to change color from 000000 to 000001.. that will fix everything and you will have a black that the eye wont be able to see the difference
ps: what i said is correct but then you will need to make the right black border of the image return to 000000 or it will appear ingame and since it's a border you don't want that..

select the background colour you need to change ( the transparent parts) and then with the bottom colour pad, change your black to a slightly lighter version
basically the black you are using is set to transparent on mir .. cha
