What program would i use to edit the mapedit.exe so i could change the button names and its style/how it looks etc.

i dont no about any of them m8 but when i change exe layouts i use somehin called ResHack or ResourceHacker.


its freeware and lets ya change most exe, unless there compressed.

Im not too confident with those programs to be honest. Need something easier, or someone to teach me how to use them.

use "PE EDITOR"

it will allow you to move around the stuff

Iv'e figured out how to change captions but when i save over the original it just doesnt do anything

cant remember but if you go to resource editor option you will see certain stuff which does it

look for a proggie called resource tuner, i use ver 1.95 not sure there is a newer one out or not
