Whats the best combination

Ok im using the msrf2.9beta server files and the mir3_20030515f client files. I also have the eiserver_1125 wasnt sure which was best so chose to use the msrf as that was where i use to get my files last year.
The question is are there any patches for the client or the server files to make this more up to date. Ive noticed alot of files listed on the forum and also on the web sites of hosted servers.
Is it at all possible someone could post the best patches ect to apply.
Any help would be great i was gonna download all of them and try each one but this could take a while and may do more damage than good to the client and server files.

basicly all the client files/patches around should be very similar..depends on how uptodate the server is where u get the patches from...use patch files from ei-servers that have the following available: map 9 working with all mobs and dungeons (mostly refered to as ancient maps and mobs); the new desert maps, dungeons and mobs working (numa village, numa temple etc.); the latest items like PrimalRage n staff
if the patch files meets this requirements they r mostly absolutly uptodate....only thinmgs that can differ a bit r the items included (some servers propably have own made items imported into the items datafiles but nobody usualy deletes original staff for that...)
