when did taos cast rate get so insanely fast?

been away a week and been using my tao to mine because i didnt like the slow cast speeds so just made it an alt char and lvled an sin to kill fast. took my tao out for a play just now and there is a huge difference in cast speed.

when was this change and have archer and wiz been made faster too>?

Ok, thank you all. can you check my char eternailight please sam. I was casting all spells double speed on my last log on in bug cave yesterday only hunted for about 30-60 mins but interested what happened because if I continue to run and cast at that speed there is some sort of cheat going on.

Well turn your cheat off first then relog your tao !

Casting is fine, it's being targeted that's the problem, all caster seem to easily hit you now even if your mid run, it's ridiculous... You shouldn't be able to get hit whilst your in mid run..
