No your domain name is more important than your webspace not the other way around.
You can host your own site from your own machine with your own domain name and not have to use a DNS.
But yes, use google theres loads about.
Surpass gets my vote.
And Farril why do you think companies/random people buy domain names months/years in advance of that company even being founded/launched? Domains can be very important.
