Of course that's not possible. Naming does nothing, they will be on the next server with you regardless.

As it stand now there is no downside to cheating, just make a new account or just new servers every month.

The irony in that statement is amusing to say the least, considering the abysmal state of 'factual' information they used to lure people in to begin with.

In any case, i have no interest in a political debate over the internet, much less on here. That would be the very definition of futility. There is a plethora of in-depth analysis papers conducted by real, independant professional bodies to show just how much of a joke this whole idea is. Easy enough to find if you look. Ofcourse they don't cover these in the Daily Mail.

Hell, you have most of the worlds leading Economists & thinktanks screaming at the prime minister, stating outright that it is a stupid idea, categorically.
