Why am I gettin this?

Hmmm pic speaks for its self =/

Iv been tryin and tryin and trying 2 get it working for others but it doesnt work =/

I have also tried other guides, forwarded ports on firewall as well but it doesnt work.

ANy ideas?

hmm open selchr folder, or w/e, and check mirgate.ini, make sure ip is 127.0.0.1 and ports are correct.
