You mean super speed, massive burst damage output, and life steal that gives more HPS than the best pots isn't enough for you to kill someone? You also need to be invisible, get right next to them, and nuke down half their HP and slow them before they can even react to what's happening? Would you also like an @kill to command to make it even easier?

How about this as a replacement. Instead of invisibility, a spell that doubles agility (and also makes them invisible to mobs) which essentially makes them invulnerable until they attack. Still gives you the ability to get up close without dying, while also not giving you complete, nonsensical game breaking invisibility.

+1 Now thats a suggestion I can get behind.

Then you have displayed why your ideas get laughed at.

What about when fighting magic opponents? You gonna double MR too?

You understand how gamebreaking double agility/MR would be in PvE right?

Smh. I have 50 agility in a barely agil added kit, some sins probably have 60, with 100 I could waltz around the game no bother at all, effectively hit immune to DC. Put a MR / Agil hybrid kit on and the result? Sins running to every KR ingame without using a pot.

You realise simply adding a cooldown/time limit to the ability fixes every single one of those problems, right?

How long we talking? I can happily sit in a quiet spot for 15/20 secs if it gets me to a KR without clearing.

How short is this time limit? Do sins have enough time to get close to their target while flinching? Providing your idea is not including MR.

Can you provide a fully thought out spell synopsis with proposed cooldowns and 'up' times.

Previously you mentioned "massive burst damage". Where's this coming from? The 5% chance for FatalSword to proc? Sins have sustained DPS, not burst damage. That would be warriors with FlameSword.

However long is necessary to balance it. This is how game design works. You implement an idea, test it, refine it. I can't just pluck a number out of my ass without even giving it a try. Either way, it's better than literally having a Sin standing behind you without you knowing until they decide they want to kill you.

Four Heroes had two spells for this mechanic.

Moonlight; was a level 32 spell that granted you invisibility to mobs who were X levels higher than you and below indefinitely. This ticked MP while active. Players could see all Moonlighting sins as if they were 'Hidden'. This could be cast while in combat.

Also there was Sneak, which was complete stealth to players and mobs of ANY level range (barring boss mobs I believe). This was active for 10/20/30 seconds based on spell level and was usable from 42 onwards. This ticked HP while active. Being hit or causing damage would knock you out of Sneak. Being within 1 square of a player would reveal your position but if you moved away, would be invisible again. This could not be cast while in combat on a short cooldown(3-5 seconds iirc)

This was balanced, even with BackStab spell which caused 2x damage from the 3 squares behind a player.

There, I just did a synopsis no problem. If you could do one that'd be great.

Swift feet t is not that good in pvp. On a level 40 warrior with no kit to attack back with. I ran the whole of yims second and half way around 3rd to catch up with guild. The sin could not hit me that often. Sure if he had a lot of slow then it might have been harder. But honestly swift feet actually has zero effect in pvp. You get hit when you are next to another sin warriors as there is no lag or delay. If you want to chase another class like wiz then your countered with firewall, Tao has pets to stun you.

moonlight well so the complaint is you can't see them as your a Lower level? Well they have put more effort into the character. Nobody complained on Mir 3 and they even had karma which was basically a 1 hit spell from stealth which did brake the game.

ps I play a warrior not a sin now.

I'd happily give up Swift Feet for this Double Agil spell that's been plucked out of the air.

I mean double as a starting point, lol... sounds like my boss when I ask what our markup on a job is. "10%?" ...Nah double it!

To be pedantic, it was suggested in place of Moonlight not Swift Feet

Double agility is not a problem if the mobs and players got double the accuracy
Actually, due to the way acc and agil calculations work here, yes they would. REgardless though, no one is serious about the double agil thing.

I play on a few noobier lower level characters in my spare time, and I like many other noobie low levels ****ing despise sins (probably the class most people fear in 1v1 scenarios) due to the whole Ima' go invisible, tele to you and shank yo ass ability.

But frankly if you take that away from them, they've got nothing. I don't see much of an issue with it. A sin can happily stand 3 steps away and just jump you from afar with DoS. You could be lkira's lvl and still not see one coming. That, imo, is part of a sins playstyle and should be rewarded for doing so. You need to be alert at all times to if a sin is wondering around on the edge of your screen.

What I think people are really annoyed about is that if you are a higher level than someone as a sin, you could be standing right next to them and they'd have no idea you're there. Literally no idea, as they remain invisible until hit or decide to hit you. In which case, you're just going to die if either A) the sin is kitted enough or B) has any other type of damage backing him up. Heck, if a cd on suns come in god forbid you ever get 2 or 3 sins jumping the same target together. There'd literally be no counter. (Hence why a few of CORE are spending the time boosting up sins, on the off chance Jamie is retarded enough to implement it) My god it will be fun. Wizz+Sin complete domination.

Sins need their stealth mechanic and their run-fast mechanic to combat the fact it's still easy to target you from range. Yes, you could argue a sin stacked with MR and swift feet would be broken to all hell, but RNG is RNG. Their whole class is RNG. They could resist those crucial damage hits and in return wreck your face, or they might not and die instantly. That's part of a sins playstyle. Frankly if you haven't figured that out yet, you shouldn't be playing a sin.

TL;DR stop moaning. Game's more balanced than you guys give credit for.

i know its been this way "since euro" etc but should being turned blue mean you CANNOT do anything. you are frozen, you cant grab that rt or tt from your bag and use it.

maybe a debuff for sins - while stealthed they take 100% more damage so if you get them they dont get you? and maybe if they are wearing a torch they should still produce an aura? if they dont already.

Obviously Moonlight hides all other light. As much as I find the idea of someone confusingly staring at a floating torch getting slowly closer before being stabbed in the nostrils, that gif sums this up >_<

why people are complaining on the classes when they're more than balanced. You cant say x class is op when u run to the top 3 of that class best kitted and outnumbered. If theres a 1 one thing that needs to be complained are the drop files cuz they're literal **** in this server. Stop complaining when ur undergeared or underlevel vs a high end player with best kit on..

i was trying to imply something like what the riki from dota2 has like a sort or glimmer. but being mir i dont think that could be added and so much on screen you wouldnt notice it.
