free to play server first and foremost...that should stop everyone from crying right off the bat.
Don't get me wrong constructive criticism is one thing but whining is completely different.
Before you even ask yea I'm a wiz only lvl 41 and cAn barely do ****. Yea pets are nice but not as nice as everyone thinks. They die fast, taming them takes a while but they are good to help lvling.
It takes like 10 min to kill wt for Christ sakes.
Wiz maybe good late game yes but as for killing bosses they suck. Every class is pretty good honestly...esp Taos late game.

Sins I agree the spell they use to sneak up on opponents should be changed only to make the are they tele back to wider.

Basically I think this is a pretty decent fun server of you put some effort into it.

I notice sins seem to run faster then any other class, and when they hide they are completely invisible which is kinda messed up. Ive been snuck up on many times now , its like they spawn right beside you and kill you and you dont even notice. There should be NO ghost ability for any class unless they are 50% transparent. ( Like taos hide/mass hide)

Sins have swift feet which makes their run traverse 4 spaces instead of 3.

Moonlight makes you invisible entirely to anyone that is lower level than you.

If you take away these spells, sins are useless entirely. That is their job, to assassinate a single target.

Being ghosted with 0 counter to a 1/1 hit isn't fun. Especially on non rt maps and a delayed tele when slowed.

Seems a lil op in some places but what isn't lol

Each class has it advantages and disadvantages more balanced now than server has ever been. Currently down to who's got better gear and party composition the way it should be. Jamie's done a good job with the balancing.

High level sins are deadly, but their prey is probably same level or higher and a wrong move and you're dead. 1 FF or FS and sins are in trouble, sun pots aside.

Also yes I agree the tele system here is harsh unnecessarily so. If you get blued in a fight you are 99% going to die on a non-rt map because you simply cannot make any actions. Being forced to rt when blued should be punishment enough.

Should just add DE's back into the game again.

And I firmly believe no class should be given speed hacks and invisibility. Before sins, one was cheating and the other was a GM command. They break the fundamentals of the game (being able to run away/being able to see if you are safe to kill a boss). Instead of just removing then, change them into more balanced abilities.

At the very least, when a sin sneaks up on you in a boss fight and hits you with a slow allow me to get out of there without dying. I already don't have a chance to win the fight, and from then on it's just a case of hoping you can spam sun potions quickly enough until you can teleport out (and then hoping that, despite having level 3 teleport, it doesn't fail...).

Lol nooooooooo :(, as a 45 wiz I have 0 counter to any sin in ghost 46+ regardless of what I do. Throw icestorm's about a 1000 tile floor? Lol
This is a very bad design separating the higher levels from the lower even more so.

Surely you can see this :p

Teleport is retarded, people say its 95% chance at level 3... but when it doesnt let me teleport 3 times? Wtf can you do in a non rt area...? Die np lose **** lol, its gunna get to the point where lots of non Rt areas and 1 wizz or warr Blues u = nn bye ur kit or w/e

How about a new Tao spell that makes it possible to see invisible Sins? Gives even more reason to play a Tao.

Question, is this server very 1 shot mechanic? Like is it the same as all other servers where you die in 1-2 hits?

Invisibility is fine but it shouldn't be outpottable. You shouldn't be able to follow groups for absolutely ages invisible

Yes this invisibility nonsense needs some sort of nerf, its basically a gm command that shouldnt be in game as it is now. Needs balancing...

Maybe like a 5 or 10 second use per cast? Tbh I'm not even 100% sure how it works now

You guys moaning clearly don't play sins. We re squishy as ****, 1 FS from a warrior same level in half decent kit is more than 50% hp gone, which is instantly followed by a tdb = OUCH! Also wizz FF at level 2+ = x2 OUCH. Sins are good at what they do, if players saw us coming we would be dead before we even got to the target with how low our HP is. Take skills away and I may aswell reroll a warrior as it would be pointless playing a sin. We have less hp than equal level Tao's for god sake. PvP is a game of who gets slow first now which i dislike. Takes skill away mostly. That being said, every class has its pros and cons. I play Sin / Wizz, my bro plays a War. No complaints on balance from us. I wish I had a Tao though as they totally own. :P

You mean super speed, massive burst damage output, and life steal that gives more HPS than the best pots isn't enough for you to kill someone? You also need to be invisible, get right next to them, and nuke down half their HP and slow them before they can even react to what's happening? Would you also like an @kill to command to make it even easier?

How about this as a replacement. Instead of invisibility, a spell that doubles agility (and also makes them invisible to mobs) which essentially makes them invulnerable until they attack. Still gives you the ability to get up close without dying, while also not giving you complete, nonsensical game breaking invisibility.
