Why this server?

I haven't really experienced the server enough yet to make up my mind if I am going to play this or not but I wanted to know why you are playing this server?

So far it just seems like hype... I don't see anything I haven't really seen before (except for Archers who I don't think will be balanced in PVP)

The only real thing keeping me playing is the player base. If it had a low amount of players I would've already quit.

What do you guys like?

I like the professionalism of the team and and the knowledge that I have already invested 2 years into the engine that supports this game, I am not about to give up now .

Other than that:
- Most complete Assassin on server files?
- Archer
- Only 16/32bit Windowed client with Dark/Light System.
- 16-bit Map support.
- Smarter AI's
- Never before seen caves/monsters
- Mir3 Graphics support.
... The list goes on

Oh and a team that comprises of Graphic designers, software engineers, data administrators etc.

I played all yesterday but only a couple of hours today, i have realised its too much of a grind for me and i dont have the spare hours to play, i wouldn't be able to motivate myself at level 33+ when a full hunt mite only get me 20% exp and then im going to bed for work the next day.

Its a shame there isnt a high med-high rate version of the server

I prefer official servers but IMO this is as close to that as we will get in terms of content and player base. Worth a go

I thought this but the grind will be there for everyone.

Once the speed levelers get bored and slow down, everyone will be brought inline.

There's so many places to hunt and so much to explore that you won't have already seen before that i think it will be worth it in the long run.

I played official mir2 and 3. the only P serer I played was fantasy and that only assort time.

The scary thing bout this server is that this feels official and that's due to partly to the low levelling speeds.

The only thing I would say is that the cash shop exp boost needs to be cheap enough so it becomes the norm. Then you will make enough money to fund this. So £12-20 a month maximum should buy you a full month.

Gratz on your work. I probably wont play - way too additive !

Lol I don't think they're short of game shop purchases.

Seen plenty of people with tigers and the skill torches.

Lowering prices will imbalance the game

I play for the UC and for what i believe "is to come"

Your right, right now nothing is new, its just a euro clone on bug free files.

But like Samuel said, you do have a pretty skilled team, and im expecting big things, (such as new boss skins/ai) weapon skins/armour skins.

And maybe a new SW thats worth fighting for....I'd love to see BW palace become the new SW.

Imagine a guild with 10% of BW's income?......

Nostalgia thru and thru and I love it! Been waiting so long for a euro type clone, with the old levelling grind ad items grind with a good player base, this is as close as ya gonna get to euro, no silly items not silly stats or skins, just pure Mir how it should have evolved! If I met the dev team behind this they'd be getting a pint for sure!

It takes a long time to level and this is good! Creates a real sense of achievement and ambition and rivalry between players. This game has already stopped me going to the pub 3 times this week and saved me a fortune!

Not sure if being a Wizard was the right idea though I tried PKing yesterday and couldn't land a spell on the running warrior. I'm used to Mir 3 and this just seems really different. Does it take time to get used to it?
