Why wasn't BH on team to begin with?

Probably various reasons, and although most will probably think I'm trying to run server down, I'm sure you'll all agree what a difference somebody who is willing to 'go the extra mile' makes. Personally if he'd been on the team from the start I dare say server count would still be 300+ maybe 400. I'd definitely still be playing, currently he's trying to save a titanic, it's got way too much water and as fast as he can pump he ain't going to save it.. Heads up to any other server owners, get this guy on board, he knows what folks want.

PS: I'm in no way affiliated or know BH at all, just saying what I see.

Simple, I had final year university exams at the time the server was starting.
I also work 40+ hours a week for the head office of the universities where I live.
I was helping Milo with some of the code and was always around just did not have the time to give to the team
I also have a partner, family and all the rest of the life stuff.

lord.. if you don't know, I guess nobody will :P But seriously, BH knows servers, not as a player, but as a manager, and that's the important bit, it's what keeps people logging on.
