i voted xbox 360, good thing is its cheapish (unlike ps3) and graphics on games are awesome but tbh only thing wrong with ps3 is its price but its about same as xbox 360 i see no diffrence.

PS3 are going brankrupt m8. because of Xbox360 and Xbox 360 Elite is much better then PS3 and its the same price atm. and much more games from 360 then ps3With the ps3 price now dropping (the origional spec as well as the new spec) I'm wondering if opinions have changed?
The wii just doesn't appeal to me but i'm torn between Xbox and PS3, the PS3 looks better on paper.

Is this speculation or is there a news article about it because the magazine I just read said the PS3 is better and it's only the price that was holding it back, however what magazine testers and consumers think are often different.

I have a 360 and a Wii, and like others before me, if there is a group of my friends around we will all have a giggle on the Wii, but 360 for gameplay, and in compmarison to Sony, there games tend to be longer playtime (example would be Oblivion) sony really have short exciting games except Final Fantasy and MGS, the only saving graces Sony really has anymore.

i also read the article chimera posted... but ps3 has now stopped making the 60GB ps3's as they were LOSING £200 per ONE console they made,although the 40GB ps3 can only play ps3 games there are rumours that they are making a patch available to download after christmas to put on your 40GB ps3.personally i think sony will not go bankrupt
in my view i have played all 3 personally i think wii is only good for when mates are around which is crap cos what u gna do when your on your own? nothing
then there is xbox 360 it's good, good games etc not much wrong with it.....
and the ps3 i have been a sony player since the ps1 and will stay this way as i think the ps3 is better than the other to.

ps3 isnt really being given away. you have to go into an 24 month contract with aol. the ****test internet company on earth.
and with the phones your also going into an 18month contract with a crappy phone. + it says "subject to availability", and since wii arnt available anywhere right now. i doubt many ppl will actually get one :P

I voted for the wii....Personally prefer the wii and the 360 for different reasons, hardcore gaming on the 360 and the wii for fun and socialising when friends come round.
The Wii cant compare with gfx but for playability its fantastic, i spent a good couple weeks playing Wii Sports when I first got the console, amazing feat for a game that actually has no object.
PS3 is just a pile of ****, nothing really worth playing on there, only a few "exclusives" which havent appealed yet, i just automatically buy the games for my 360.
I have all 3 and if I had to choose them in order it would be tough but id choose:

x box all the way i was a die hard PS fan but mum got me a 360 last year and it owns i would love a wii but tbh they seem rly boring on 1 player and only worth it for party's
