As long as there's no P2W **** in the GS, let them make profit. They've invested time in this so if it does turn a profit, good? More motivation for them to continue putting time.

'Donating' isn't exactly the correct reference to use in terms of mir anyway as technically your not donating, your a buyer if you are receiving something in return for your cash.

you all seem to get it wrong.. you are donating and the server team is gifting you with an item to take you for donating..

why can't no one see it.. it took me 3 weeks to explain the same thing to the tax office.. but at the end they understood that my online shop didn't have to pay taxes.. at the end of the day people freely donated me money and i gifted them with nice nike shoes. :P :D

This is not necessarily correct after studying contract law for a year it falls under a binding contract because A(player) has clicked to buy an item which B(team) have listed ie game gold therefore because there is consideration on both behalf a there is a binding contract
