i'm glad you're not spending all that on just getting Mir2 to play well, cos it doesn't need it. And the connection thing is kinda valid as it's no good you being 1000 fps if everyone around you is skipping past cos you're lagging.
Most of it depends on how you install the setup. If you have every toolbar you can find, apple stuff, anti virus, communicators, utube and windows all grabbing attention off the internet - with Mir in a window, the most expensive of rigs is gonna play online stuff like sh1t.
Have a tendance to agree with Violent about ssds on the whole, keep important stuff on a regular harddrive. I don't trust them at all and I use them alot. Atleast when a regular harddrive goes south, you have a chance of recovering stuff.
