Windowed playing mode

I have been wondering if the window could be made not to have the closing cross in the upper right corner because you don't need it and it can only bugger up your game if you click it and close your game unexpectedly.

Also would be nice if it could be made that the window would capture your mouse and you'd need to press some hot key to release it to do something in windows. All too often my mouse gets outside the playing window and I click and get mir covered by browser or whatever. At least the window could be made to stay on top all the time and you could minimize it to get it out of the way.

Also right now I logged out to write this and I got disconnected from server - could it hang onto server a bit longer? I should think that takes less server resources than if I left myself in some SZ? I only logged because I was in cave.

i think.. if you press the X (exit button) it will actually ask you if you wish to close the game, it doesn't do it automatically.

I tried it from the login page and it closed the window no question asked, so I assume that same thing will happen in game. I think that's just simple thing to do. Already they have disabled the resizing of the window and I would think the disabling the closing is in the same place where you set that 'no resize' option.


But really this doesn't pain me, its more the mouse non-confinement that gets in the way, especially in tight situation when you can panic ^^

just tested, it doesn't close when in game, you get a pop up asking you. (as i suspected)

Tried in inside the game also and its like you say, it asks you if you want to close it or not. And it saves your game info, so it amounts to proper logoff... I suppose it can stay if pple really need to quit fast without first going to char selection screen.
