i got Windows 7 Ultimate AIO Activated 32Bit 64Bit. will it work on this after march 31 st? i think thats the date when this windows 7 runs out.

virtual pc should work on all builds, only real drawbacks i know of are with business, where you cannot install for say office home and student.
