windows activation, XP Home

the copy of xp home i have wont let me use my product key, so therefor i cant go any further than that. i have tryed downloading a different version of xp home, did the same again.

does anyone one know were i can get a different download of xp home (prefforably a version someone else has used and hasnt had any problems with would be brilliant) if not im always willing to give it a try.

the system was shut down by a virus that got onto it and wouldnt load up as i think you know the only way to remove it was reformatting, which has led me to this problem.

no i think its a crack copy downloaded from a torrent site

i have downloaded many the latest 2 one of which i havnt tried are.. xp home sp3, fully activated but comes with a key just incase (havent tested this one as it was a backup for the next)

one im using atm is windows xp '7' lol.set up to look like windows vista and/or 7. looks damn sexy comes with extra bits n bobs like system monitor and quick access tools.
