Windows Office Error plz help...

Hi i reinstalled my win xp pro but when i went to install office i get this error...

iv changed the HD & reset my byos any one know whats up???

What's in your E:

I see your CD drive is D: maybe you just have to put your office CD in E: not D:

E:\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\AW.DLL can't be read i guess
