rite my bro got a laptop and i wanna get on it but he has a password on it. Any chance i can get into it?

i know but i need this file, the only way i have got on is by administrator default on safe mode. But all his files are protected, there has to be a way around this.
he will not give it me, so i thought that why he out the house ill crack the pass, i can go in admin n take the password off but then what the hell do i do when he comes home and thers no pass on it lol.
should teach him a sharing lesson hehehe ^^log in as local admin, and try to take control off his files and take off the protection, depending how well his security is set. Dont get why you going to all this trouble thogh, you can just re download your porn off the net anyway.

What do you mean by ''how well his security is set''? There is basically only one type of file security under XP, either the files can be accessed by everyone, or only the selected user.
There is a way past the fact windows won't let you view his files, and there is a way to ''crack'' a password, however considering you are breaching his privacy (and i do know how annoying it is when having to share a computer), i won't tell you how.

Theres a really simple method for doings this, ive done it quite a few times before when ive forgotten my own password or needed to get into someone else computer without them knowing.

Theres software that lets you view your admin pass designed if you have forgotten your windows pass, search google.
