Wipeing Items from ingame Accounts?

Hi some of you may know i run a server called HeavenSent well it's comeing back after a week being down & i need to Wipe all items from every player but i dont wont to just delet them as i would like to keep the players levels & % is there any way i can do this?

There is one way...

1: STDitems, erase all items except for a singular item, which basically is a candle.
2: Person creates a tool which reads the id and passwords and make it so it auto logs the user ingame via that.

then the tool would go through every single one, since they login game, and the items are not showing in the db, it would automatically erase them.
