Wiz pets

1 Frost Tiger but no other pets
1 Crystal Spider but no other pets

Seen players ingame with Frost Tiger and frogs and Crystal Spider and frogs.
This might need your attention before too many more wiz get to those levels.

For starters a frost tiger is worse than a spitter frog a crystal spider an absolute ball ache to tame including khazard ,nothing wrong with these combinations and I'm sure there is worse to come ... So next time you try and jump a wiz best you 1 hit ^^

As far as I remember, you could still tame 4 other pets, but only 1 FT/CS/Khazard... I am pretty sure we do this also?

Not sure if this has always been the way but the pets at the moment seem balanced. I tried taming FT + CS the other day for 30 mins until I cried in guild chat which told me it was not possible, so I had to kill the FT to get the CS.

On another note, this was just before the latest patch. I was lazy and used a pet tame pot from Game shop and it only extended the time for one of the pets not all 5. Not sure if it is intended to work on one or all 5.

doesn't matter much now as the sz saves the timer if I need to go afk.

Maybe my memory is wrong. It was ages ago and servers since make memory even less reliable. I am pretty sure it was I sub boss on its own and nothing else or 5 other mobs. Definitely not more than one FT/CS/Khaz as stated.
Would like to hear from people who aren't wizards here but have played wiz back in the day.

I remember when frost tigers were first brought into the game as well as the crystal spider and red thunder zuma. No one was high level enough for CS but I never, ever saw anyone with Frost tiger + additional pets. It may just be that the tiger was the only thing worth having. I do remember everyone saying it was either 5 pets or tiger though.

It currently provides an exciting way of bossing on a wizard though as they currently can solo the fewest bosses.

just remembered I saw someone tamed a bugbatmaggot and left it in MW sz. Think was player called Codeine.
See no one wants to think about the wrongness of FT/CS/Khaz etc and other pets at same time. Wiz supposed to be easy to kill but v powerful attacks. As said above if u cant one hit them with all these pets.........

I don't play a wiz. They seem to do Ok far as I can see. Just not the extreme damage that other servers allow. Powerfulness aside they are supposed to be easy to kill. With a sub boss and 4 other pets they aren't.

i remember it being one sub boss and nothing else on all servers i played before mir revenge. most other servers then followed that because it allowed you to buy pets as many as 5 FTs lol.

and if wiz wants to use mirroring he must also have 0 pets? cmon guys its not like u have multiple wiz running around with khazards and crystal spiders , as soon as other wizards hit lvl 48 it will be a pvp nightmare trying to get them ,Im right in saying if they are tamed they do not respawn?

Im pretty sure they do respawn once taken out of the zone. The spawn tables, from memory, check the monsters in the current zone, and spawns appropriately.

I believe this was fixed so that they do respawn but i could be wrong. they definitely mentioned they were looking into it.
Ifr they dont its broken as these low level subs are a nice hunt for lower levels and can prove to be decent droppers.

With pets lasting forever in SZ if they have not fixed the respawn issue then that's a little silly imo.

Ahh codeine, I wonder what happened to her. She was in my guild back in euro.

Could never have other pets when you got a tamed Khazard/FrostTiger/CrystalSpider. At least not on any official versions.
