As an ex wizz player I didn't see hells do anything remotely skilled to deserve the praise he's getting. Guy doesn't even cast anything but tempest when attacking. I even remember little tactics like repulsing people and putting tempest on the spot they will land before they finish travelling so that when they land you are free to cast a tornado at same time as they take tempest damage. I see nothing skilled about that fight in banyo just unbalance

No I said it because this would fix the issue.

It DOUBLES a wizards HP. No other class gets as much benefit as wizards do.

Imagine a warrior would DOUBLE their HP.

They would have 3.5k hp.

A sin would have 2k hp.

Then wiz would be crying to high hell because you wouldn't have the damage to kill either class.

Same as every other game than unless they have hard caps. As a warrior level 51 I can quite easily kill anyone 10 levels above so not sure what the fuss is about.

Wiz has had quite a history of being tanky on official kr, with a pro ring they are pretty beastly. With the JoB necklace/sword they gained 3x HP/MP per level.

I think one of the differences here is the way magic shield works as a flat damage reduction over a duration, I’m fairly sure it just used to take a specific amount of damage before it popped and that some skills could pierce/ignore it.

why u so angry? im trying to explain to you even small gameplay tactics that i found effective as a wizz, never even said i was a good wizz just wondering what he did that was so skilled when all i saw was tempest spam

if youre gonna keep coming back to the arguement that 'he spent alot of time on his kit so he should be able to 1v20' you are clearly missing the whole point of this thread in asking why wizzards are ever allowed to reach that point no matter if he was skilled or not.

I didn't one hit you with SwiftBlade, both your deaths to me were BladeStorms into SwiftBlade after you ran away from the first hit.

Also you hurt a lot with MeteorShower and it's not like u need to aim it or anything.

Every class bar Assassin is broken in one way or another imo.

i kept 2-3 steps distance between us i saw that aoe skill then dead, asstwix is lvl 69 and i am lvl 63 , u are lvl 62 we both nuked the **** out of you

in snow you tanked 4 mobs + my nukes yet managed to 1 hit me


all i see is ppl cry about wizz and i see wizz nerfs like tempest nerf, etc etc etc but warriors like geralt tank 8 banyo mobs and so on
the pvp balance is really broken

whole week geepee abused joh , taos from SD abused the SDC.
half THC quit already
i see no point play no more now that this has happened due to broken balance lol

SD now 100 players THC 50 from who 20 active.

no point to play ^_^

your DC is 200 my MC is 330-340 in renounce + advanced renounce lvl 3 not noob lvl
you survive me and asstwix nukes, yet you get to 1 hit us ?
how is that fair? when all here cry about me being OP and now i just die ?


oh i almost forgot to mention you had no adv wind or any adv kit on, you just tanky warr who 1 hit every1
i have x2 adv wind and i can barely walk tempest so where is the fairness ?

You're not even listening to what i'm saying. I have never one hit you for a start, and If I even could its because you don't have HP on your pig. (pretty sure your full MC on pig could be wrong though)

I have seen your MeteorShower constantly hit for 450+ and crit for over 800, seems fine to me. Your damage scares me way more then asstwixs if that's anything to go by. Also don't forget your damage is mostly AOE.

80% of your kills are against low levels, so its pretty standard that they moan about balance when they get killed by a much higher level like yourself.

Well then my suggestion would be to add a debuff attack onto soldiers that reduces AC/MR by 50%

your suggestion sux and it will ruin lvling for most low levels wars and other class who rely on AC/MR
geralt will still get lvl 80 to get enough ac mr and go tank them again

Because people rely on AC to level in banyo... All you have done is cry on this thread without giving any suggestions.

Geralt sacrificed too much damage. He could tank 8 mob but could not kill them.

He needed a tao to poison and buff him or he would die.

It took him 8 minutes to kill 8 mob. With a tao taking some exp.

He would get maybe 25m an hour exp? That is trash for him. Lair he gets 40m an hour.

If he was solo then the mobs Regen would beat his damage.


If you got hit by molten twice in a row then that's your bad play. He can't becon you? Also I imagine you were levelling so were in MC kit. If you had Hp pet you would not have died.

If molten tried to tank a group of 20 people he would die in about 20 seconds.

You wouldn't.

8 Banyo mobs is 9.6m exp, depending how long it takes Geralt to kill them I’m sure in a similar amount of time in lair he won’t be making much less exp.
