Wiz and Tao are super OP in PVP, how the fk can u get away from a wiz or tao if they can get hit u while run and dash? impossible !! this is wiz/tao favoritism.

Sam or any of you please play a damn war and pvp/pk/w.e me and ill show u wont hit me even once b4 you dead

this total sux , you removed wars pvp skills , war just a dummy they cant escape wiz/taos hitting them


how is this balanced?????

you limit war attack speed too

PS: i see you keep going on euro style so why u change the pvp style, their pvp was best, this total sucks unless you a wiz/tao

is a pvp enviro with no mobs a tao wiz are hard to beat but when you pvp in a pve enviro taos pets and wizzies clone are useless cause the mobs pull the agro

I have no doubt the damage output of a wizard is insane (FF, MS and Blizz) especially with a Wiz wearing FSS and Dark Armour.

The game has far too many factors affecting it though, There are plenty of warriors can drop Wizards/Taos with no issues (Jeepers comes to mind) because of his speed.

Until you can find a way to balance out the speed of players on the server you will always have players of each class saying the game is unbalanced.

There really needs to be some sort of Balancing time spent on the classes (On a seperate server perhaps designed for PvP testing?)

This also makes sense, In the open air enviroment (A town/contest room) yes a wizard/Tao will have a slight advantage (Assuming the warrior doesn't have a speed advantage)

The tables tend to turn when you take advantage of your High HP and place the Wiz/tao into a disadvantageous situation - In this case luring large numbers of mobs.

The casting rate is the real issue with the pvp. A decent wiz or tao could already avoid getting hit with the official cast rates. On here I can't even get away dashing and changing directions cause the cast rate means I can't start running again before they get two chances to keep me slowed.

**Note I'm not even mentioning pets here, thats on top.

On a side note, attack speed is capped (this isn't any different than elsewhere) but the effect per attack speed is double here.

I'm 'fast' on here but instead of an advantage its just meh...

The cast Rate is an issue for certain skills (AoE Skills specifically) but I personally believe it's needed for the single target skills (I'm being very biased here due to SFB being my main skill) - The Cast speed has completely changed the game for me (Tao class in particular) making it semi enjoyable to play.

Yes the casting is the issue... But its very unlikely that will change again. What I dont understand is why flame field cast rate has not been lowered yet... This is giving wizards a huge advantage both in PvP and PvE

I believe the current issue revolved around all spells sharing a same Global Cast rate.

Each would need to be given custom cast rate or even splitting Castrate into say [CastRateST] and [CastRateAoE]

FF on euro was a lot slower than all the other spells though.

But... the casting speed was like that since day 1?

Point is? that those 2 classes have had it easy? true.

We all knew the casting speed was well above normal, GM knew this and we thought it would get fixed and it did but then i got buffed again. Makes no sense if you ask me *feels better in PVE* am sure it dose and am sure it feels a lot better pvp'ing a warrior.

We have had the this discussion countless times and neither of us will budge on the situation.

The casting rate imo makes gameplay for wiz/tao feel good and better I agree Reverance, its just that it has its downsides (leveling speed increase, pvp).

Also yes lock-on makes it tough to get away especially with the cast rate, used to have to manually target players on both official mir 2's.
