Just wanna see peoples feed back, as im a wiz and seriously considering fkin server off- I don't wana play another class and wiz aint any good here lol.

fair enough, give bosses AI- but everything about wizzys seems to have been taken away, I work out a way to kill KS finnaly( with a tao) and now there going on about making it so you cant even get blocked it within bosses raping person blocking you?

to me this makes wiz a useless class- who are expected to toe-toe bosses or not get invited on hunts?
then theres magic shield (NONE HAVE DROPPED)

Anyhow, just my opinions on the matter, I aint slagging server, im just telling it how I see it.
if it is been made so that wars or taos can't even block us in without boss killing them, then the whole point of wizards has gone, and i'll be leaving game probably tbh.

Actually, that akin to me crying on euro because Wiz could solo KH/IWT/KS/IZT and a warrior couldnt? I always thought it was a major gameplay flaw were one class could pretty much solo every boss ingame.

Just because something was easy and solo'able on euro doesnt mean it should be on here, majority of BDD bosses should be group bosses IMO. In fact i think you should not even be allowed to RT in BDD, and mobs should be harder!




Do agree on the magic shield issue tho, its a core spell and should NOT be rare, as without it wizards are useless.

Hes right though, wizards have a very hard time on this server.

After tbolting 3,000,000 times to get to lvl 30 (Cause FW/Light lvling isnt viable with regards to the mana it costs to actually do it) now Thunderstorm doesnt stun ElecMinos, and they drop us in 3 hits. I thought wiz had been given a break with "Oh they can atleast lvl faster" but now that isnt the case as get 2 or 3 Elec Minos in a lure and wizzies are dead.

In before u say "Take sins/warrs" w/e to kill Elec Minos, why should we? Then wizards have no leveling advantage like there supposed to over other classes cause we have to take them with us.

Tbh i see no real reason to play wiz atm. Get killed in 2 hits by assassins 20 lvls lower, pretty much useless on hunts other than for EShocking a boss (redundant when assassins get trap) and now have had the only real leveling area for 30+ taken away.

Address this pls. Or atleast give the wizards of the server a reason why your battering them with so many road blocks.

I do understand where this is all coming from. Just last night it was said I our group that ZT was getting his mir3 skills or something to make it less easy. Maybe we as players should be getting some Mir3 skills to even the odds.

But Mir3 sucks. The 2 official servers died before euro Mir2 did...

The pvp on here is already like Mir3, dont ruin Mir2 further by trying to blend it with Mir3, it just sucks.

The top of the list good point about Mir2 is the PvP aspects, which are non existant here.

Its just suuuuuper slow. Casters seem to be rooted for a split second after cast and also lack auto-run feature of most M2 servers.

Seriously archers just stand still and hold their spells down cause there no point in moving. May aswell just all stand still n see who has most damage. Its more like a game of Top Trumps than having any skill in fighting.

I'll give my opinion on the matter.

Back in Beta, I played a wizzy for the better half of it. I made a few posts in the bug/suggestion forums stating that wizzies were incredibly undertuned and incredibly boring to play. This went unnoticed. Warriors moaned that their early game was terrible, they got accounted for. Fair enough.

However, the moment you get FlameField is the moment your entire game changes. FF is single handedly the most broken spell I've seen on server so far. Only issue is A) finding it drop and B) lvling up enough to use its full power.

Thankfully wizzies can tstorm lvl sufficiently and faster than any other class. But they're still going to need to wait for an FF to drop before the server actually becomes "fun" for them.

IMO the AI change destroyed wizzies "fun" lvling. Back on Euro I'd go to Past Bichon, round up as many omas as I could and FW-Lightning them all down for great exp and some chance of decent 35+ drops. This is so much harder to accomplish now as the mobs continuously try to move out of the way of other mobs, basically making this a tedious/longer task than it should be.

Tstorm lvling requires MagicShield (for some reason a rare drop here) and other Tstorm wizzies.

Personally I think all classes have their niche, but the early-mid game of a wizz is so bad, I rerolled on both beta AND live server to different classes because I just could not stand being useless until level 42.

I feel bad for people playing wizzies atm. Without shield, any class can practically 1shot them as they have the lowest health pool out of everyone. I think MagicShield should honestly be a shop item, or far far less rare to fix this problem. Just my opinion. They rely on it too much.
