i was tryin to craft grand nephrite arrows cudnt get it to work at all so i wud say this aint working

i myself was wondering about the crafter but could not even find a chickenfeather all i keep getting it meets am i going about that right are is there some other way to get them?

Seems to be in working order for me.
Can you make sure you are putting all the ingredients into the Crafter NPC. You do this by clicking the item and placing them into the designated slots on the NPC, alternatively you can right click the items in your bag and it should automatically place them in. Once they're in you should be able to click the 'begin build' button at the bottom of the page.
Also be sure the ores are equal or greater purity than what the NPC states.(it shouldn't let you put them in if they aren't of high enough quality)
