This should 100% not be implemented,
You already have the TM, Forum and area shout for selling things.

Why would you want spam? At the current rate the odd blue shout is comical, if it was free it would be the boring normal bollox.

The forum gets spammed with flame wars daily, got forbid what would happen if they made global shouts [cheap, instead of game gold] in-game It'd be abused and spammed the hell out of constantly. I get the suggestion but it's not the server for this feature.

I also find it a really annoying feature on other mmos, blocking global chat is usually the first thing I do!

Have the global shout scrolls taken out of GameShop and make it so you can buy them at an NPC for 100k (price debatable) - then have an option to disable global chat like you can with everything else

The GG purchase is middle ground. Gold isn't hard to come by on here
