i think its the exp where if your higher level than mob its says 2 exp ect as in when gm lvl -1 they only get 1 or 2 exp each mob because they overlvl it

So a simple answer would be - no matter what level you are you still get the EXP you set in the database.

yea u set mon lvl to 1 and ur lvl 5000 u still get the exp in db, if you set HighLevelKillMonFixExp=0
when u kill the mob u will get 1 exp instead of the exp in database
