Would i be waisting my time ?

As most of you know iam working on the 2.6 server files and would like a bit of feed back.


To be honest iam new when it comes to coding new skills but cloning skills is easy. iam hopeing to get good and code new skills myself in time.

What i have done is cloned the flamefield and called it elitefire it has new magic looks and uses more mp and does more damage for lvl 55 its like a new skill.

do you think i should do other skills i mean just a few not all

or dont bother ?

clonin new skills isnt hard, i would say most effort and time should be spent on fixing bugs and gettin the files to the standard of goin online

then you should work on new things, or leave it down to the owners to adjust things, like when i had a mess about with em, i changed rage % and seconds, and made clones of the skills to work for different stat etc...

not sayin u havnt done good work... just givin my opinion which uve asked for

and no, its not a waste of time... if u do it now, or after all bugs are fixed.. its still usefull stuff, so hardlt a waste of time. just think bug fixin should have priority over "updates" atm

not really a bug but, TAB dosent pick items up when your stood over them like it does on euro and also ESC doesnt close the dialogues on screen... lol annoying

ah yeah, i cant seem to buy a GT but thats probably somthing i've done wrong.

If i find bugs, where should i post them?

Rage type skills for Taoists and Wizards would be a nice addition.
Maybe a weaker shield for Taoists that counts on SC rather than MC.

(Personal Opinion) but taos should just never have shield, its stupid. I do like the idea of a Rage type skill for the other class's tho

Rage is easy to change mine lasts a few minits n u can now use a amulet and use it on other people/pets too

i do that lol copy , edit old codes till u get the hang of it to start from scratch... very gud way of self learning, learnt alot doing it myself
