jame's level guide is pretty epic, 30-58. 58+ is in outlands and its like 1k a kill with rested xp so ya. quests r kinda....wierd. james said he is making a 60-70 guide for outlands, alliance. so ya.

In actual fact, "toxic" was taken, so there i sat, in deep thought, eventually i somehow managed to realise that adding a "k" at the end would also be suitable.
