XP Pro SP1 Validation check

Is there any way to get around the WGA Validation check in SP1? I know SP2 used to let you do it with the "Manage Add-Ons" Feature in IE, but that's not in SP1, and I need to get around this to get SP2

yeah it just tries to redownload it. can use windows update to get stuff still though, usin a javascript line in the url bar when u get to the express/custom select screen.

hang on i'll try remember it. lol

replace the address on the afore mentioned page with

 javascript:void(window.g_sDisableWGACheck='all')

and press Return. then pick the 'Express' option button.

Tested and found to work with both Sp1 and Sp2.
