If I scroll up and down the page, the background shades and lightens itself o.O Anyhow I don't really like the guy, he's out of proportion (Head-Torso)
Background, gradient with sparkle brushes

Do something else for the background, play with blends on the guy.

Not going to rate, don't want to sound harsh/unfair.

Nope 17" CRT I lose

pretty good apart from face / hands / hair

Face - Should try add more details to it and make the head abit smaller.

Hands - His Finger is too big for his hand

Hair - Can hardly see it.

in total i'd say 6/10 improve those things and u might get an 8.

Is this your 1st time at PS Drawing characters or?
