Probably a poll which has been asked a lot before, but i've searched and couldn't easily find it.
I know mir3 posts a pretty much dead here, but asking peoples preferences for the type of map style you prefer.
Personally i like the old style JOB/EI maps, they have much more detail in them. the new style maps look like they've been done in 5 minutes. The new maps released are good, but i think the poor style of the first maps lets the rest of the game down. yet does mir3 have a large enough to accommodate for the older maps? would they mostly be useless now?
i'm not sure if the newer client has smaller wils or not for the map images. could you use the older maps with the newer wils? (meaning you wouldn't have the sacrifice the new maps such as abyss, and the gold temple etc)
thoughts?
