No matter what information i put as an id/password i get this Error. (I doubt it even authenticates.)

Is it a regional ban?(Egypt) (I would understand if it's a regional ban for Egypt, I really would.)

Last time i logged on fine 5/2/2014, attempted to log in 11/4/2014 been giving me you have been disconnected error till this day.

I've logged in once anyway, It just interests me.

Yeah, I even deleted the exe and autopatcher gave me the same exe, I'm updated and my files used to work before.

However I changed to windows 8.1 like 30 days ago, could that be the issue?

You may also want to make sure your Firewall/Antivirus isn't stopping you from accessing.

Usually comes up as a "THEMIDA" flag when in actual fact is harmless, but some AV's will stop you accessing. You may have to set an exception up if this is the case for the entire Chronicles folder, then delete the exe and re-patch.

Otherwise I've no idea :P

This shows up after i enter my credentials,error comes up instantly even if they're bunch of random letters, i can't really debug it as im limited here.

I even made two other accounts, i just can't log on any of them(Same error comes up ) . I get no errors in the logger either.

Na I don't have an antivirus installed atm and i disabled windows/router firewall to give it an attempt and it was the same result( You have been disconnected ). I am stuck that's why i made this topic

If it were some security issue i assume it would have given me some error in the logger.

Are you using any special characters (any outside A-z 0-9)? Out of curiosity.

Not really, I'm using regular letters for id/pass, even character name ingame was Hany i think lol

Nah i don't have it, I thought it was even Hyper-V (Virtual machine management tool) I use it for work purposes, so i thought the client was flagging my pc as a vm..but i disabled it and same results still..got me very disappointed ill have to restart few times now to enable it back

I'll try a proxy, it could be something beyond your control Sam, Like dedicated company blocked egypt from accessing their servers, It happend with me before, i had to use proxy to use my own servers/pay for account etc.

This is a good suggestion tbh... We did have an issue a while back with different regions causing a similar issue...

If you go to your start bar and type "region" in the search and hit enter, then under the "format" drop down select UK.

Does this help?

Also... In your client directory under logger/ is there any recent logs?

Not really man, I've changed it multiple times same error.

There's no errors for today just a couple of
