Its-when-you-run-quicker-than-the-host.
Meaning-you-miss-a-tick-and-the-game-thinks-you-have-speed-cheats-on.

ur internet connection , is faster then server conection , thts why u get tht Velocity

I'm transferring files to the new host! He's got his own server so hopefully It'll be a lot smoother.

It's currently on 2.5mb ram, 2002 windows OS & 40 GB Hard drive space.

PS: It may take roughly 20-30 Minutes. (Maybe less) And "if" there is any laggg the host will up the ram a bit more until it's smooth. Sorry for the down time.
