Help Zircon - Cracked Medallion of Overlord not working

i am hosting my own server and i cant work out why the rusty NPC wont identify a cracked medallion of overlord? as you can see i have two of them in my bag, but the NPC says i dont? I've also attached the server browser setting (i've not modified this) for reference. Could it be bugged?

yeah apologies i sent the wrong 2nd screenshot, but essentially all im saying is that i have two cracked medallion of overlords in my inventory and the npc keeps saying i have none. Am i missing something?

If your checks are correct it will work, never seen any issues with them
