changing Belt1 > RequireShift=0 means the belt one isnt taken when guild chatting...
pressing shift to attack is coded elsewhere

its not the shift and attack that's the problem that works fine, it's the holding shift (attacking someone) and pressing number 1 (belt slot 1) brings up !!!!!!!!! And holding shift (attacking someone) and left clicking (belt 1) brings up splitting bundle.

can you confirm changing from =2 to =0 works? Because I tried it and still had the issue.

Shift left click is how you split bundles though, use right click.

Alot of what you seeing ment. As euro items are common. Better items still haven't droped.
