Christmas Event FAQ + UPDATE

Dear Players,

Firstly from the server team and myself i would like to thank each person with patience over this event. We have been working tirelessly to bring in this patch however due to various situations which have occurred over the past week and time being occupied with that it has put us back slightly.

With this in mind, the server will go down on 22.12.2018 at 8:30 am. It will then go back online at 12:00 22.12.2018. ​We are hoping to be ahead of this time.

We apologise that people wanted the event in tonight, but we want to make sure it is polished and refined. We do not want to reboot at 7 pm on a Friday evening.

The lord will go ahead this evening at 7 pm.

Patch Notes will follow at reboot, in case we manage to get more or change what is incoming.

-.- .... so anyone who was on a 48 hour pot like myself now has not only lost their buff but theres also no point in me using another to lose it at 8.30am tomorrow, i had planned to spend pretty much now until the event levelling, also im presuming any replacement pots also wont be until tomorrow now when u reboot? so pretty much destroyed my plans of levelling thanks

Like mentioned on Discord, your pots will be refunded at reboot, and you wont loose another as it has been fixed at reboot.

i was unaware of the bug being fixed, in my mind it would've just wasted 2 pots only 1 of which would've been replaced lol .... fair enough and thanks

The communication on this server looks like it has continued to nose dive, you boys rely on discord too much where only the no lifers are spamming their b/s -whats the point in having a forum lol. (no longer play this server but just an outside perspective )

Evening,

This server had so much promise at the beginning, Every patch and reboot has been delayed or rescheduled since day one. People have continuously exploited game changing bugs. The GMs knew for weeks and did nothing then have the audacity so start with cheeky remarks you would expect from someone at school. This has to be the worst team I have seen on a mir server and I am pretty sure the only people who will be left after this xmas event will be the 2 major guilds if that. I would of said initially that maybe its because the team has made there money, however I have played from day one and lets be honest it started **** and has been constantly **** for the duration.

Bit gutted its not tonight but in compo 2 lords would be good. 1 in the town and 1 in a cave with a lvl lock of 39

Your actually quite wrong here im afraid, we focus Massively more on discord simply because 80% of the comments here are forums monkeys that dont play the server. The problem is, most users of the forums dont understand this, which is more than fair enough and we expect them to troll, as they are looking into a blurry window, but thats the reason why we tend not to post on the forums half or even a quarter of the amount we do on discord.

You not playing the server only emphasis how little your knowledge of our communication is (i dont mean this rudely, however is sounds!). I reply all day long, to hundreds of players in private/general, you will not find another server where this is happening. Sometimes our users are unhappy with our responses, simply because we wont say "sure were sorry, coming soon" <<< Thats just a automated response from a company, that people seem to think they want from us, i can promise all users, that the response used there, would grind on you very quickly. Players asked for us to delay if we needed to, to resolve an issue they wanted resolving. We made it very clear, you dont play, therefore you may not know, but those involved do. This is upsetting for all involved, including us, however this is the correct decision. Sorry this has happened.

I would like silence from GM's and then you need to go in game and look around and find out what the event is?

Couldn't of picked a worse time to go 2 hours over schedule, the misses has claimed the t.v for the day. Me thinking the event would be up and running stupidly agreed to it... 2 hours of ****ing The Wizard Of Oz, iv'e realised iv'e made a huge mistake!
