Any info for a noob?

Hey guys. Old mir player here so decided to indulge. Always appreciate that Mir isn't spoon fed to the players, but there is a LOAD of stuff on server that is completely new to me. Is there a wiki or something where the community can share knowledge?

Like what is the Valor and Justice points system? What does the disenchant button do? What stuff is required for awakening items? What levels do the skills unlock for each class? What does season exp do?

This seems fairly fundamental to the features of this server. Shame for me to miss out.

Have your wallet ready because it's £3 an hour to level with an exp pot, not to mention the ingame gambling with rerolling of items. A breakable stone costs 50p per roll and I know some people who have spent £100 rerolling a breakable stone to try and get 3 slots. Massively pay 2 win server. The GM Dan just spends all his time arguing with people over Discord, then threatening to take people to small claims court because their PayPal is frozen and anyone making a claim gets instantly refunded by PayPal lol. The files are nice, decent amount of maps/bosses and things to do but the amount you need to donate is just stupid, greedy greedy bois.

I'm a bit concerned that a simple post requires you to look into IP addresses and which accounts they're linked to (is this because I was critical towards the server?). It is not clear in your privacy policy that you use personal data for this purpose, you may want to update it as GDPR penalties from the ICO can be insanely high.

The answer states that it's not against GDPR if the terms of use include disclosure of account information if found misusing, the terms and rules don't state anything like this. It also states that account information would be disclosed as part of a lawsuit from a competitor if the claims are egregious or false, this is certainly not the case here either, any IP address logged with account information is classed as personal data and any use of this should be outlined in the privacy policy.

you are not representing yourself as a person, you are using a pseudonym (and a second account pseudonym at that).

the fact youve made a second account which is against the forums rules and are not posting on your main account is even further evidence to you wanting to remain anonymous.

the forum has the right to protect itself and by logging IP addresses (as thats all your worried about in terms of GDPR) and comparing them against toehr accounts it is able to enforce its rules.

you should respect the forums rules before you try to respect your privacy

There is no rule stating that 2 people within the same household cannot use the forums, I'm sure this is commonplace for a good amount of users with partners/family using these forums.

To be clear:

* I don't care if your critical of a server these are forums and if they are your 100% honest opinion then I won't interfere. If I was that type of person or my goal I would of either not approved your post or edited it.

* The reason your account was checked is you are a new user and we have a rule of one account per user.

* My above words were potentially and asked you to PM me so if there was issues with your main account I could help you fix it or if you were using 2 accounts for no reason ask you to move back to your old account.

Please confirm what you mean, carefully. You can't call this an unbiased platform when you have the SS breathing down your neck for pointing out the greed of a server. How many of you guys are on Apocs payroll, do I need to whisper hail hydra in your ear before deciding when to post? I dont think this is the case, i just think unlike yourself, most grown ups use common sense, and realize as soon as someone is not brave enough to post on their main account its obviously a bitter post which holds very little weight.

Its ok you did not enjoy the server. We cant all like the same thing. Would be a sad world if we did. Have a good night.

But this is probably why it flagged up, we have spam protection systems in place, and usually, when accounts are registered with the same IP it isn't for legitimate reasons, we also have to disapprove people every day, usually, the IPs will link to the StopForumSpam database or DNSBL. Your current IP is listed on 2 black list websites.

Do you know how the internet works ? If you were that concerned about your GDPR rights then go get a VPN and don’t be so silly to make an account on the same IP address. All websites record ip addresses. That’s how the internet works. Surely LOMCN has a age requirement because with you spouting out that cr*p you must be under 13.

in regards to the apoc team. No one from LOMCN works with any server. Unless you have some evidence to back this claim up I’d step on eggshells when suggesting that staff members are on server team’s payroll.

the fact I guessed that you’d probably been banned for charging back which you’ve pretty much clarified is true is just amazing so your review that gone from positive feedback to spiteful revenge tactics.

seeing as you use this account to post now I’m sure you won’t mind me removing your account account with a much older start date with special titles
