used 2 "acivation keys" now, neither has worked ... what a terrible system to implement, incredibly off putting tbh
You could make a support ticket on discord, other 500+ people have managed to do it without issues.

It is case sensetive.

Honest review? maybe, history is written by the winners and all that.

Started playing the game a week or two in, cant remember. Levelling up you char was reminiscent of Euro mir, each level was a nostalgic grind. Keeping up with other is a ball of nonsense, you'll never have enough money, or at least the will to spend as much as you need to purchase all the buffs and autohunt to be able to keep up. You will be told that you can buy GG scolls for ingame money on the marketplace to be able to buy AH and buffs, but you'd have to play for a week before you have enough for a scoll. To be able to actually keep up with the top 40% of the server, you'd need a minimum of 10 or so characters running autohunt, just to earn the money needed for items that match your main characters level. As the game has progressed, a mechanic added to the game, called 'Collections' has exploded, and the whales who pumped the server with cash bought gems needed to put various items into their collection. Why is that a problem? because collections buff every character you have, meaning that your Taoist can (and some do) have an extra JMace's worth of DC, and a lvl 20 warriors ac/amc for no reason other than you spent real money to buy gems. Not to mention any new character you make will end up being stronger than a lvl 30+.

Also, the guild problem persists in every iteration of private servers, one huge guild of major power houses, and a few scattered guilds that don't get a look in on bosses. Except this time the guild your in can earn perks through gold and experience, which when added to the collection element of the game, makes characters even more powerful.

The morale of the server is high with the top players, why wouldn't it? But many have left due to the gulf between themselves and the top players, realizing that even if they put money and time into the game, they most likely wouldn't get to where they want to be.

If you suggest something, your either crying about something, so no one cares, or your in the right guild and it gets implemented or changed quite sharpish.

Also, if you join the discord to chat, expect vast amounts of sarcasm, people who think they know how the world works, and people who have swallowed a dictionary, that probably type their messages in notepad, so they can spell check it for errors a few times before they post a reply. You know, just to make everyone else feel like they where missing an education.

Having put a fair amount into the game, time wise and money wise. I did enjoy it for a while, but as people leave and having morale crushed by other people in the game, it's not for me.

Don't let the usercount mislead you. Atleast 80% of this server are bots, made possible by the auto hunting feature.

You may not notice it in the first couple of days, but this server is dead. Some people have over 20 alts. In the mean time Jamie will happily accept donations and refuse any refunds once you realise the server is dead.

If you try other ways to get your money back he will ban your account. While I can't blame him for exploiting this clever mechanic to make easy money, I find it quite unethical.

Server has been 80% bots since like week 4.

It’s not being hidden the game was literally designed to be played afk - as for donating you surely did your own due diligence and checked the server out before throwing money at it right ?

What took u guys so long bro had his first kid and made a afk money spin server that the more u pay the more chars u can play the more u control all the items and bosses. I spent £17 in the first 2 weeks playing solo on 1 char I had fun to begin but. I would never play a Jamie server again.

Hi I've been a fan of mir for a long time as was really excited to jump bank into a server with as many as 600 active users.. unfortunately before I've banked 24 hours game time .. I've come to realise the server is completely impossible for new users. Players have up to as many as 30 bots running.. this is why the user count is so high. If you ever want to compete you have to complete collections which is impossible unless you have bots. I've been In one of the only top 2 guilds and they've been absolutely great. So helpful. But the games not set up for a guild to help level, no good group hunts for levels as the deduction when teaming makes it better for solo. Every single king room has loads of offline bots camping them. If the server is not inviting for new players then it's lifespan is very limited. Thanks anyway would be keen for a response Jamie... Thanks to everyone that helped me your all great. Even the random encounters in sz. Its just a shame 97% of players you passed was a bot.

I don't think it's even in the same league.

Jamie's autoplay system is a masterpiece of programming. The way it returns to the same location after death, buys pots, repairs gear, switches torches, uses specific consumables, follows a proper skill rotation - all like a real player - is truly next-level. It's easily the pinnacle of what any system in Mir has ever achieved.

A few years ago, I thought Observer was groundbreaking, but Jamie has once again impressed us with his incredible talent.

Yes, the system is overpowered, but the sheer brilliance and complexity behind its creation represents the absolute peak of programming in Mir.

No doubting it’s great programming - but is it the solution to keeping a 25 year old game alive on a community with less than 300 people actively playing ?

Or is it an easy solution for Jamie to get some quick cash , a “get rich quick” scheme for a talented coder?

I personally don't understand why anyone wants to play like that? Blows my mind anyone pays at all.

An MMORPG is all about progression and actually playing?

I really dont understand it.
