We post receipe's for a cake, and then we take those cakes and try to improve them and merge them into one super cake. Seriously I don't want it ruined, I want it to be intresting so nobody is allowed to insult or attack ANYONE else. Hated1 will hopefully just have his posts removed.
Ill start by posting a basic sponge cake:
2 eggs, size 3.
75g (3 oz) caster sugar.
75g (3 oz) self-raising flour.
Heat oven to 180C, 350F, gas mark4. Grease an 18cm (7 inch) cake tin. Break eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly, add sugar and whisk well until thick, creamy and almost white in color. Lightly fold in the flour. Place mixture into prepared tin and bake for about 30 minutes. When cool, slice and spread with jam and cream or other filling.
Next person please.
