what happened to the guy workin on TDs source? echoman? i take it nothing came of his work like most expected

hate to sound like a moaner, but it really dont see the problem with him givin out the source to a few decent coders to carry on his work... just seems like such a waste of all his hard work to just drop it

I offered to buy the source of TD not long ago to work on it but he told me that there was no chance of him giving them out.

Although I don't understand his reasons it's still up to him to do what he wants.

And echo shouldn't really give out the source unless TD has told him he can.

Echo (sam) is now at university i believe, i talk to him sometimes on msn, but he has uni, then a kid also ( i think he see's kid). So I guess mir isnt on his top list.

Shame to be honest as the 2.3 files are the best set of files we currently have, Fully translated and functional apart from the odd little bug like stacked items.

Its a catch 22 iv got files tht are gd, i dnt trust any 1 but me to host so i wont give to any 1 to host and im a fulltime uni student with little time so i cant host..

And so is life , some 1 do sumet with TDs files il pay whoever gets them

lol i wouldnt quite go as far as paying for the source as i cant code but it would be nice to see it released just to see what people come up with, Obviously people like myself that dont have the ability to code would need to get learning delphi ect ^ ^

TD is still around, but he's still affiliated with RZ. Was only a couple of weeks ago that he said he was working on files again.

If he's "dedicated" to anything, it's low rate. That's why he doesn't release source.
