Ok i know afew people have alittle hate for me and my last server.

I told my best to save it and get ppl to help,but my work life of 7 days a week killed that.

I'm asking is that if RoP was to return would there be alot of hate aimed at me ? or would people like to play again?

I try hard to keep server online many i dont mind buying dedis and all the stuff needed.

agree with tai, but if you want a successful server get someone to manage it for you and not just anyone like the muppets youve had in the past and your servers have bin pretty basic maybe now try a high rate ? start with basic ruby files

Personally i would play , but that's when i know someone capable is running the server. If you do get a guy to run it try to inform yourself about his past with servers if he had any.

If you keep server how it is now ( I mean how it was when it did go down) but change a little bit the drops and other stuff it's enough personally. That server was perfect. Even with pretty limited time you still can get a new cave ingame every 2 weeks which is perfect as caves are already made 'till level 52+ If I'm not wrong and you won't hit that level in the first day.

lr was awesome only reason it failed cause iceman picked some idiots to take care of it .

I dont think it wud be wise to host exactly the same files, Personally i'd get rid of alot of the items (That look absolute ****) and custom design my own and THEN i'd put it online. I hate servers that use Over saturated and highly pixalized images for items (Espeically the oversized weapons and armours)....yuck!

If Ice gets someone who cares about the server (not like Demon/harry) it would be interesting. If it was updated every 7-10 days with something new.. a cave , you can do that very easy even if you are very busy.

Needs to stop relying on other people to take care of the server, he needs to do it himself, if he has no time then it's pointless.

At the end of the day ice the person you let take care of the server lets you down then your going to get the blame for everything.

Doesn't make sense to me. You either run a server by your self or have ateam where you all do your part. Not make a server, then ask someone else to run it.

imo if you feel you can do it without the need to rely on other people to do stuff for you, then go for it.

otherwise your just going to be back to square one, relying on other people to do the updates/ fix the bugs and relaunch server when a gate crash's.

Ice i'd appreciate it if you spoke to me before agreeing you would quest for us then bailing out... by the sounds of this.
Wouldn't of minded at all just don't play us like a fool mate.
