Just a reminder can this be changed on reboot to stop chat auto scrolling to bottom when some1 speaks?

To clarify: this happens when ur scrolling up in chat, for example u missed something further up so you scroll up to see, but then the chat automatically scrolls back down as soon as a new entry appears in the chat window.
It even happens when u drag the scroll bar with the mouse, in the hopes of attempting to "catch" the chat you are looking for.
A really annoying bug and i'd like to also see this sorted!

You can grab the slider on the right side of chat and hold it while scrolling up. I know not a solution but it helps.

Could we have it optionally back? Also the damage dealt, don't like the flying numbers, I think that is silly and not Mir2 like. It feels like some arcade game and who reads it anyway, I know I don't.
