I left myself afk in bw sz at 9am this morning. Came back at 12pmish to find I had been logged out with that red message that comes up. I found this strange. I logged back in, and found my character in the same position I logged off. I went to my store were I keep my gold. And all of my gold had gone.. 6M!
I messaged am what happened. This was his reply.
Hi Reece, I am sorry to hear that you have been hacked, however, there is very little we can do about this, it is down to you to change your password (we recommend on a regular bases) and to pick a password secure enough that it is hard to be guessed... We have taken every precaution to inform people of changing their passwords and we have anti-brute force technology. With the above being said your account has likely been hacked due to the following reasons: - You haven't changed your password since the attack. - You shared your account. - You used the same password on another server. - You allowed someone to query you and gather enough information to guess your password.

But I do not account share I do not and have never played any other servers except euro Mir from 7 years ago I have never used same passwords. If you look u can see I have changed my password . Since the attack . Can you not look see who logged on my account and reverse the gold from there account to mine . What's the point of having support if u just fob me off with such answer like you have . Your 'brute force' is obviously not enough.

Its funny how he cant do anything but when GENDANCEAS stuff went missing, that was returned... Amazing what he will do for friends....
