- Increase rates that benediction oils drop on main (and sub?) bosses
- Make Wooden Chests worth anything (or remove them from game) - 1-10 GG, you need a minimum of 100-1000 chests for 1k game gold.
-Alternative Rework : Has a chance of giving you a select database of items (all current wooden chests stay as is or removed)
- Add level 26 weps, ruby/drings & plat rings to be more frequent (gives more chance of added ones dropping too)
- Increase base gold drops of all bosses to 20k (I like gold piles)
I know this doesn't address the proper issue of high end items, but at present, farming bosses seems lack luster when you could camp IWT for hours and come back with 2-3 benes, when you should be coming back with more goodies!
It's all about motivation to keep farming, Mir is a grind game, but with grind games the player needs to feel rewarded or they do get bored quickly.
Super Bosses
All lower bosses (and upper if you fancy) have a chance of spawning as a super buffed boss (+50%-100%) of their current stats, increased drops but it adds a bit of difficulty to hunts, and to me, more excitement.
(I can solo WT, getting hit by a super would make me insta call my guild = more stuff for whole teams to do)
New Rehased Caves
It may sound stupid, and a lot of people may disagree, but if a rehashed cave was released, slightly altered maps of, say Wooma Temple (entrance is in KR of current WT) with same woomas but different colours, with different names (and higher level e.c.t.) It would still feel like a new cave, as I haven't been there, even if the scenery was very similar.
Not sure how much quicker it is to rehash an old map to creating a new one!
I could think of more but these are all I have while I've been working.
like all MMORPGs people will keep playing if they feel like they are being rewarded with items, make to little rewards they will leave, make too much they will get bored, its about balance of what should be a bit more common and what should be rarer (change it as your player base average level increases)
