Im a known cheater, doesn't mean i cheat, i cheated once everyone knew and now i cheat all the time cause im faster than 95% of the server. Get a decent computer, use WTFast and you might actually be able to keep up with me

he wasn't partially banned... He had his level 43 taoist (highest lvl tao on server at the time) / 38 warr banned at the time.

I agree with rainstone in this. Don't care if he has re levelled a chara and not cheated on it he has still cheated on this server in the past same goes for anyone else who has they should be perm banned. Yes it adds work to the server team finding there new charas but I'd rather a server that punishes cheats and doesn't give them yet another chance. Otherwise may aswell cheat my self as what's worst that will happen I gain a big advantage and just have to lvl an alt which doesn't take long.

Damage is calculated server side and there is no hacks/cheats that can effect this from the client.

they plan to make it easier for you to lvl a new toon to 35, so not much of a disincentive really, soon be back to where you were.
Someone please explain how a person that lives over 3000 miles from host server has an average ping for 277 (which he told me) because his WTFast has reduced it from 600+ he got on avatar as we all know he used to 2 step on that character like hell, can run faster and skip 3 spaces infront of a player(me) that has 16 ping and lives around 200 miles from host server, has a £1500 PC and pulls out 40mb download speed.

You can daisy chain servers to find the quickest route to the server. I can get 220 ping on a good day, it gets worse as the peak times come into effect around the globe.
He's skipping because of the 270 ping, get a clue.
