Sugar coating your children from the simplest of things such as bad language is the least of things people should be worried about.
99% of children know these words already (If you think i'm wrong, then you're deluded) where your parenting comes in is whether or not they know it's wrong to use such words. I've seen this kind of language when I played when I was 12, and if I ever used it I got a bollocking from it.
If you want to sugar coat your kids from everything, then you're in for a very hard life. I'm surprised you're only just coming across this? It's been part of the online world forever, whether it's games or social media. If you don't want your kids seeing this, then I recommend you build a box to keep them in, as between phones, games, iPads and whatever else is open to online these days they're going to see it.
Personally, i'd rather my kids see simple swear words that I can kick their arse over using, as oppose to them seeing videos and information in the news of people getting beheaded.
