I noticed since the binary revert this is actually back in-game.

Just making sure you don't forget to take it out again as it really isn't working as intended :P

Yes flich is a lot better helps every class no surprise a warrior is asking for it off.. Gives others a fighting chance.

When did flinching become class specific? Warriors can get stunned locked just as much as the next person.

Sins can shadow step away to hit...archers can range...wiz can range...warriors can just do shoulder dash, hurts them more than anyone thank *** allowing others a fighting chance. Don't start all u do is call people out

The flinch change actually hurts assassins, archers, wizzies and tao's more than it does warriors, due to warriors now being able to completely ignore a flinch, which would usually stop them from running and connecting with you, but now that's not the case (how do you stop a warrior getting to you when half of your hits don't make him flinch?)

It also allowed assassins with their superior a.speed over non/low a.speed warriors to stunlock them and get far more hits out, but now a warrior with just 4.aspeed can toe-to-toe an 8.aspeed sin and get equal amount of hits in (try it in-game, you'll be pretty shocked)

So, in actual fact, the original decision to change to 1 second per flinch massively buffed warriors. I mean heck if you want to keep it in, I'm down for that, but frankly I found it ruined a lot of gameplay between classes and royally ****ed over the archer class in PvP who relies on flinching/slowing people down.

The flinch helps me run from Koriban and other low ping players in game.(take flinch out and put a cap on ping @ 40-50ms)

I think it's better as it is now. It benefits everyone PvE and this is probably 85% of everyone's gameplay.

Are you stupid brah???

A warrior may get stun-locked the same as every other class, But they have the hp to tank the hits and capable of dashing out of it.

SOOOOOOOOOOO......Clearly it doesn't effect a warrior as much as the other classes with no escape.

Hope that helps your little mind understand his comment.

Peace brah :stupid:

@kori-the-cat , Yeah u don't get flinched every hit but if ur hit twice ur gona flinch. Giving ranged classes time to escape, The fact you dont flinch them every hit helps them alot more than you getting flinched every hit.

Lol are half of you that comment on this stuff just a completely **** player or something? I'm not saying i'm a friggin pro, but I don't seem to have these issues you're speaking of. I have zero problem keeping distance to be "stun-locked" as a Tao, Wiz or an Archer. I can't comment on if Sins have issues or not, as I haven't leveled one on here yet.

Maybe only idiots fight me that can't fight? I have no idea, but throughout the whole time playing Mir, multiple servers on any ranged class, i've only have distance problems when i'm outnumbered.

But back to the point, the crying about the high a.speed warriors surely is going to screw you even further without a flinch delay? They are simply going to be able to stun-lock you even more. Warriors will continue to dash out of trouble, just like they always have...I shudder to think what most assassins will do to you. I mean, a simple removal of 1 second delay flinch isn't going to prevent Warriors catching you lol, rangers don't exactly cast lightning fast.

If anything, like Kori said, you're giving Warriors an edge in PvP lol

Koriban, anything you campaign for on here is to suit yourself. Surprise surprise you're currently playing a sin, which the flinch lock is most beneficial too. :RpS_thumbsup:

Hows that now? A warrior hits faster than a sin when he has attack speed +4 or 5 and has twice the hp, in a 1v1 he will stun lock the sin if the sin stands for more than 1 hit.

stun lock benfits a warrior mainly. pretty much does **** all for a sin because there attack animation is so F*cking slow.

Your not even worth my time reading this mouthful of **** mate , so ima just read the bottom paragraph.

Fact of the matter is, warrior is the only character that benfits from stun lock, i've played an assassin from start of server and they dont stunn lock any1 in a 1v1 situation.

with 1 second flinch ingame - pros - any class can run through caves with a little less stress in there life, war cant smash u into the ground whilst you cant move.

cons- in pvp sometimes som1 can run away on low health because the last 1 or 2 hits didnt flinch them

WITHOUT flinch delay- pros- none.
Cons- warrior can smash you into the ground because you gettin hit the fast ur character cant move.
- all classes apart from warrior and sin now have a complete and utter nightmare running through some cave, example Frozen.

p.s pottsy pm me ingame til i see what you've got to offer

/Potatofarmer 46 - sin
/Ballbag 44 - wiz
pick which character you want to die too.

Aye take it out, I was running about mw earlier on my wiz with 430hp and shield up and had like 10 people chasing me brown and couldn't slow or stop me, normally I'd be dead straight away but I was having people's lives due to not being able to be flinched properly, ended up going red, which for a low MC **** wizard shouldn't really happen, imagine that with a high powered wiz, I didn't understand why this happened til I read this thread like, so deffo revert it on reboot ^_^
