In my experience it feels that this has diminished severly over the last few months.Has anyone else had problems requesting bugged donations only to be fobbed off?:@

I think only one member of the server team can access GG and they have to trawl through transaction history and GG history I imagine.. Generally keep plugging it gets sorted! GL

Its the lack of information updates on progress made on monk n archer ,waiting for things to happen after being told it will be in next reboot .
gms used to keep us up to date but not anymore i here the cry we been to busy ! we all unerstand about real lifes work etc no one can knock the
team for that . i just hope we are not going to get all new content in one go coz pased experience should tell them more content means more work to

I agree, I made a donation last month that never worked due to the Donation system not working. When I enquired about it I was told that it was now fixed and that the donation that didnt work would be re-imbursed. This didnt happen, I never received any money back and I still have the PayPal statement there too.

Didnt wanna waste my breath on something that id have to keep nagging about to get done.

I reply to 99% of the messages I receive

Refunds and donation issues take time to find, manage and refund when needed but they do get sorted. Not all of the team have access to the donation system.
When it bugs up the odd time, it is not easy to find what has happened, PayPal sometimes does not send the payment info to the server so we have to wait for them to fix their issue before we can do anything.

As most of you know half of the team where away (work related) over the last few weeks. Personally I have been really busy (real life work has and always will come before mir)

They do and will get looked into and sorted but finding and sorting the issue can and does take time.

If it was any other merchant i'd say give it X amount of time to get sorted and if you're still being ignored reclaim it through paypal, however there's a risk that you'd get banned for this.

You'll never been banned if you raise a dispute on a valid missing donation. It's what the system is there for.

Like BH says a lot of the team has been away and most don't have access to pp. It's not an excuse though. We shouldn't take so long to resolve it so apologies.

Myself and Team have never had any delay problems with any donations. But you'd expect that with platinum membership.

This

PayPal does mess up from time to time and not send the info needed to Chronicles (this is not something we have control over or can easily find)

You will not be banned for requesting a refund for something like this as Milo said its why the system is there

Sounds like that might be a viable way forward then hokus if youre still having trouble.

Meh, im upto about 3 months now without a reply to a **** load of things from various staff members, clearly I must have pissed somebody off.
